Job Requirements

Accurately handle cash register operations as needed
Climb up and down ladders
Scan, handle and move merchandise efficiently and safely
Occasionally lift or move merchandise up to 44 pounds without assistance
Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
Reliable and prompt attendance
Capable of working in varying temperatures and elements
Ability to remain mobile for the duration of a scheduled shift

Job Qualifications

Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members
Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners and technology equipment
Work independently and with a team
Resolve guest questions quickly
Attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes
Ability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment
Experience in retail or customer service preferred but not required

Job Duties

Create a welcoming experience by authentically greeting all guests
Observe to quickly understand whether a guest needs assistance or wants to interact
Engage with guests in a genuine way including asking questions to understand their needs
Be knowledgeable about tools, products, and services to solve guest issues
Thank guests genuinely and show appreciation for choosing Target
Help guests while completing workloads with minimal disruption
Work in all departments to keep the sales floor full, zoned, and in stock
Push and stock product to sales floor
Execute adjacency changes, transitions, revisions and sales plans
Conduct weekly price change workload and set signing accurately
Complete scans and system audit functions for inventory accuracy
Support execution of major transitions and ISM
Maintain interior and exterior brand cleanliness
Accurately execute all pulls and backstock product
Process all inbound deliveries using receive application
Complete all backroom daily and weekly audits
Operate power equipment only if certified
Maintain backroom organization and location accuracy
Follow processes accurately with attention to detail
Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety and compliance
Work safely and identify/correct hazards
Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pick up, and Drive-up
Perform all other duties based on business needs
