Job Requirements
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior retail or customer service experience beneficial
- ability to operate handheld scanners and technology equipment

Job Duties
- Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you complete daily tasks
- engage with guests in a welcoming way to help solve their specific needs
- thank guests and express appreciation for shopping at Target
- be knowledgeable about store tools, products, and services to solve guest issues
- help guests while completing workload with minimal disruption
- work in all departments to ensure sales floor is full, zoned, and in stock
- assist with truck unload process and stock products
- make changes to salesfloor merchandise displays
- conduct weekly price change workload and ensure accurate signing
- complete scans and system audits for inventory accuracy
- support execution of major transitions
- maintain interior and exterior brand including cleanliness and maintenance tasks
- accurately execute all fills and organize reserve products
- process inbound deliveries using receive application
- complete backroom daily and weekly audits
- operate powered equipment if certified
- maintain backroom organization and equipment guidelines
- follow processes with attention to detail
- demonstrate ethical conduct, safety, and compliance
- work safely and comply with safety policies
- support guest services such as cashier backup, order pickup, and drive-up
- perform all other duties based on business needs
