Job Requirements
- Accurately handle cash register operations as needed
- climb up and down ladders
- scan, handle and move merchandise efficiently and safely including frequently lifting or moving merchandise up to 15 pounds and occasionally lifting up to 44 pounds without assistance
- flexible work schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
- reliable and prompt attendance
- capable of working in and exposure to varying temperatures, humidity and other elements
- ability to remain mobile for the duration of a scheduled shift

Job Duties
- Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you complete daily tasks
- engage with guests to help solve their specific needs
- thank guests and express appreciation for shopping at Target
- be knowledgeable about store tools, products, and services to improve guest experience
- help guests with minimal disruption while completing workload
- work in all departments to ensure sales floor is fully stocked and well-organized
- assist with truck unload process and stock product to sales floor
- make changes to salesfloor merchandise displays
- conduct weekly price change workload and ensure accurate signage
- complete scans and system audits to ensure inventory accuracy
- support execution of major transitions
- maintain interior and exterior brand cleanliness and safety
- execute all fills accurately and organize reserve products
- process all inbound deliveries using receive application
- complete backroom daily and weekly audits
- operate powered equipment if certified
- maintain backroom organization and equipment guidelines
- follow processes accurately with attention to detail
- demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety and compliance
- work in a safe manner and report hazards
- support guest services including back-up cashier, order pick up and Drive-up
- perform other duties based on business needs
