Job Requirements
- Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners

Job Duties
- Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you complete daily tasks
- engage with guests in a welcoming way to help solve their specific needs
- thank guests and let them know we appreciate their patronage
- be knowledgeable about store tools, products, and services to improve guest experience
- assist with stocking and maintaining sales floor inventory
- support truck unload processes and stock product to sales floor
- conduct weekly price change workload and ensure accurate signage
- complete scans and system audits to ensure inventory accuracy
- support execution of store transitions
- maintain store cleanliness and brand standards
- execute merchandise fills accurately
- process inbound deliveries to ensure inventory accuracy
- complete backroom audits
- operate powered equipment if certified
- maintain backroom organization and location accuracy
- follow processes with attention to detail
- demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance
- work safely and report hazards
- support guest services such as cashiering, order pickup, and Drive-up
- perform other duties based on business needs
