Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays
Reliable and prompt attendance
Ability to climb ladders and lift merchandise up to 44 pounds
Capability to work in varying temperatures and remain mobile for entire shift
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to safely operate power equipment if certified
Compliance with all safety policies and procedures

Job Qualifications

Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners and other technology
Work independently and as part of a team
Quickly resolve guest questions on the spot
Attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes
Ability to remain focused and composed in fast-paced environment
Experience in retail or customer service environment preferred
Basic cash handling skills
Physical capability to handle merchandise and use ladders safely

Job Duties

Create a welcoming experience by authentically greeting all guests
Observe to quickly understand whether a guest needs assistance or wants to interact
Engage with guests in a genuine way, including asking questions to understand their specific needs
Be knowledgeable about store tools, products, and services to solve issues and improve guest experience
Thank guests genuinely and let them know their choice to shop at Target is appreciated
Help guests while completing workload with minimal disruption
Work in all departments to ensure sales floor is full, zoned and stocked
Push and stock product to sales floor
Execute adjacency changes, transitions, revisions and sales plans for all departments
Conduct weekly price change workload and ensure signage accuracy for all departments
Complete scans and system audit functions to ensure inventory accuracy
Support execution of major transitions and ISM
Maintain interior and exterior brand including cleaning and cart maintenance
Accurately execute all pulls and backstock product from all departments
Process inbound deliveries using receive application
Complete all backroom daily and weekly audits
Operate power equipment only if certified
Maintain backroom organization and location accuracy
Follow processes accurately with attention to detail
Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety and compliance
Work safely at all times and identify and correct hazards
Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pick up and Drive-up with compliance
Perform all other duties based on business needs
