Job Duties
- Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you are completing your daily tasks
- engage with guests in a welcoming way to help solve their specific needs
- thank guests and express appreciation for their shopping choice
- maintain product knowledge to solve guest issues and improve their experience
- complete stock replenishment and ensure sales floor is in stock and well zoned
- assist with truck unload process and stock product to sales floor
- execute weekly price changes and ensure accurate signing
- maintain store cleanliness including garbage disposal and restroom upkeep
- operate powered equipment if certified
- support guest services such as back-up cashier and order pick up
- comply with safety policies and report hazards
- follow accurate inventory and audit processes
- support execution of major store transitions
- perform other duties as required based on business needs
