- Minimum 2 years of experience in luxury hotel or spa front of house position
- Computer literate preferably with knowledge of spa reservation systems
- Flexible hours required
- Able to stand for an extended period of time and work within a team with shift rotations
- Passion for guest care
- Personal interest in spa treatments and holistic lifestyle
- Telephone skills ideally in conjunction with handling reservations

Job Duties
- Provide warm welcome and personalized service to all guests visiting the spa
- Perform check in and check out of all spa guests
- Handle payment transactions for treatment and retail products
- Handle telephone reservations in line with service standards, using proper telephone etiquette
- Ascertain guest satisfaction upon guest departure and ensure
- Provide guest escorts to changing rooms, relaxation area and swimming pool
- Complete all opening and closing duties professionally and accurately
