Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in luxury hotel or spa front of house position
- knowledge of spa reservation systems
- flexible hours required
- able to stand for an extended period of time and work within a team with shift rotations
- passion for guest care
- personal interest in spa treatments and holistic lifestyle
- telephone skills ideally in conjunction with handling reservations
- able to work within a team with rotating shifts

Job Duties
- Provide warm welcome and personalized service to all guests visiting the spa
- perform check in and check out of all spa guests
- handle payment transactions for treatment and retail products
- handle telephone reservations in line with service standards, using proper telephone etiquette
- ascertain guest satisfaction upon guest departure and ensure
- provide guest escorts to changing rooms, relaxation area and swimming pool
- complete all opening and closing duties professionally and accurately
