  • Must be able to stand for full shift and move between valet lot and various hotel areas

  • Must be available to work various shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Provide exceptional customer service by being engaging and taking sincere interest
  • Interacts with all guests and welcomes each guest to the hotel
  • Upon check-in, explain hotel amenities and local fun facts
  • Collaborate with other attendants to ensure each guest has a personalized experience
  • Assist lobby attendant in keeping entrance area clean and organized
  • Go beyond standard duties to make a positive difference with guests and employees
  • Assist guests with unloading luggage and provide knowledge about the hotel and local area
