Job Requirements
- Own a car, scooter, or bike for deliveries
- Have a valid driver’s license for driving or a state ID for biking
- Possess valid auto insurance if using a vehicle
- Be at least 18 years old (21 years old in Las Vegas)
- Own a smartphone with a data plan
- Have the ability to navigate and use mobile applications
- Be legally eligible to work as an independent contractor
Job Qualifications
- Minimum age of 18 years (21+ in Las Vegas)
- Valid driver’s license for drivers
- Valid state ID for bikers
- Ownership and use of a car, scooter, or bike depending on the service area
- Smartphone with an active data plan
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Job Duties
- Pick up orders from various partner locations such as restaurants and convenience stores
- Deliver food and grocery items safely and promptly to customers
- Manage your own schedule by accepting or rejecting delivery requests
- Communicate effectively with customers and support teams as needed
- Maintain the cleanliness and reliability of your delivery vehicle or bike
- Use the Grubhub app for navigation, order tracking, and to receive payment
- Handle cashless transactions through the app securely
