Job Requirements
- Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
- at least 2 years of proven sales experience ideally in SMB or related industries
- ability to reside within 40 minutes of Jackson MS due to travel requirements
- capacity to travel at least 50 percent of the time including overnight trips
- proven ability to manage high-volume transactional sales cycles and close deals quickly
- strong communication and negotiation skills
- legal authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a closing sales role ideally in SMB sales with restaurant food or beverage accounts strongly preferred
- strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving new business in a fast-paced environment
- ability and willingness to travel at least 50 percent of the time locally and overnight as required
- strategic and efficient with both inside and outside sales approaches
- entrepreneurial mindset excited to build repeatable strategies and develop scalable playbooks
- excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation skills
Job Duties
- Travel throughout the assigned territory primarily within 2 hours of Jackson with occasional overnights and long travel days
- prospect pitch and close new merchant partnerships
- sell restaurant and small business owners on platform collaboration and negotiate revenue share agreements
- sustain a high-volume transactional sales process and onboard new accounts efficiently
- coordinate daily strategies and territory activities with a Regional Sales Manager and sales team
- leverage provided sales tools and resources to increase success rates
- document activities and maintain compliance with travel and expense policies
