Job Requirements

  • must reside in or near Pierce or Thurston counties
  • bilingual in any language, spanish preferred
  • valid driver's license with good driving record
  • reliable transportation
  • ability to travel within state including up to three hours for events
  • ability to lift up to 30 pounds
  • ability to attend outdoor events in all weather conditions
  • ability to sit and stand for long periods
  • five years of related field or community-facing experience
  • bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Job Qualifications

  • bachelor's degree or equivalent job-related experience
  • five years of related experience in marketing, business development, community engagement, or healthcare industry
  • demonstrated networking and negotiation skills
  • strong public speaking and presentation skills
  • ability to work independently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • ability to mentor and lead team members
  • familiarity with Medicaid and health care markets
  • prior experience in sales or marketing techniques
  • fluency in a second language highly desirable

Job Duties

  • carry out enrollment events and achieve assigned membership growth targets through direct and indirect marketing activities
  • provide leadership by training, coaching, mentoring, and serving as a positive role model for team members
  • achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual enrollment and growth goals as established by management
  • develop, maintain, and deepen relationships with business leaders, community-based organizations, and healthcare providers to build Medicaid membership
  • schedule, coordinate, and participate in enrollment events and encourage partner participation
  • work with Provider Services to increase awareness of Molina products and establish referral processes
  • deliver presentations, attend meetings, and distribute educational materials to members and potential members
  • answer incoming calls from prospective and current members and provide information about Molina Healthcare
  • coordinate and execute company programs and events in assigned regions
