Job Requirements
- must reside in or near Pierce or Thurston counties
- bilingual in any language, spanish preferred
- valid driver's license with good driving record
- reliable transportation
- ability to travel within state including up to three hours for events
- ability to lift up to 30 pounds
- ability to attend outdoor events in all weather conditions
- ability to sit and stand for long periods
- five years of related field or community-facing experience
- bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Job Qualifications
- bachelor's degree or equivalent job-related experience
- five years of related experience in marketing, business development, community engagement, or healthcare industry
- demonstrated networking and negotiation skills
- strong public speaking and presentation skills
- ability to work independently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- ability to mentor and lead team members
- familiarity with Medicaid and health care markets
- prior experience in sales or marketing techniques
- fluency in a second language highly desirable
Job Duties
- carry out enrollment events and achieve assigned membership growth targets through direct and indirect marketing activities
- provide leadership by training, coaching, mentoring, and serving as a positive role model for team members
- achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual enrollment and growth goals as established by management
- develop, maintain, and deepen relationships with business leaders, community-based organizations, and healthcare providers to build Medicaid membership
- schedule, coordinate, and participate in enrollment events and encourage partner participation
- work with Provider Services to increase awareness of Molina products and establish referral processes
- deliver presentations, attend meetings, and distribute educational materials to members and potential members
- answer incoming calls from prospective and current members and provide information about Molina Healthcare
- coordinate and execute company programs and events in assigned regions
