Job Duties
- Manage all group and specialty bookings for Jeep Tours and Trolley Tours
- Serve as the primary coordinator for private events, corporate groups, weddings, and special tours
- Maintain strong relationships with hotel concierge teams and regularly visit partner properties
- Coordinate logistics for group tours including vehicles, guides, timing, and special requests
- Work closely with reservations and operations teams to ensure accurate booking execution
- Be available on-call for group events and weddings, including evenings when required
- Ensure exceptional service for high-end and VIP clients
- Assist with developing group sales opportunities and maintaining partner relationships
- Manage communication with clients before, during, and after events
- Monitor group booking revenue and performance
