  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple events and timelines simultaneously
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends is required and considered an essential part of this role
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities

Job Duties

  • Manage all group and specialty bookings for Jeep Tours and Trolley Tours
  • Serve as the primary coordinator for private events, corporate groups, weddings, and special tours
  • Maintain strong relationships with hotel concierge teams and regularly visit partner properties
  • Coordinate logistics for group tours including vehicles, guides, timing, and special requests
  • Work closely with reservations and operations teams to ensure accurate booking execution
  • Be available on-call for group events and weddings, including evenings when required
  • Ensure exceptional service for high-end and VIP clients
  • Assist with developing group sales opportunities and maintaining partner relationships
  • Manage communication with clients before, during, and after events
  • Monitor group booking revenue and performance
