Job Requirements
- Coordinates and plans the execution of group and wedding related onboard activities and amenities in conjunction with relevant shoreside and shipboard stakeholders
- Handles complex booking issues and customer inquiries requiring quick and effective resolution strategies
- Directly influences customer satisfaction and operational efficiency within the group services discipline
- Works collaboratively in a diverse team environment to complete assignments by specified deadlines
- Understanding of workplace policies and procedures
- Familiarity with team collaboration tools and techniques
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to maintain reliable and consistent attendance
- Capacity to be punctual and meet deadlines
- Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and work as part of a team
- Demonstrated professionalism in all interactions and tasks
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

Job Duties
- Communicates with guests, travel advisors, incentive companies and relevant shoreside and shipboard departments
- Manages and maintains GO and OEM group dining allocation for all ships
- Supports the shipboard events and guest services supervisor with any inquiries pertaining to groups, weddings or special events
- Collects and processes payments for prepaid group events, weddings, special events or in-port functions
- Supports both shoreside and shipboard teams with the planning and coordination of in-port functions and events
