Job Requirements
- Minimum of three years of past sales experience preferred
- Previous hospitality industry experience
- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience with Delphi.fdc software preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to develop and execute action plans
- Must be sales-driven and goal-oriented
Job Qualifications

- Previous hospitality experience including hotels, restaurants, nightclubs, or event spaces
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience with Delphi.fdc preferred
- Ability to think outside the box and use initiative to solve problems
- Sales-driven and goal-oriented
- Association market experience preferred
- Ability to collaborate effectively across departments
Job Duties
- Develop business and maximize revenue by selling all facets of the hotel
- Solicit new group sales accounts and maintain relationships with existing accounts
- Collaborate with Revenue Management, Hotel Operations, and Food and Beverage partners
- Handle account details ensuring all solicitation and closing aspects are complete
- Coordinate various departments' participation in servicing accounts
- Develop and conduct persuasive verbal sales presentations to prospective clients
- Travel locally to conduct outside calls, promote the lodge, and review competition
- Prepare information for, meet with, and entertain clients as appropriate
