Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • minimum two years of luxury hotel sales experience
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • proven ability to meet sales targets
  • self-motivated and detail-oriented
  • ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • knowledge of hotel operations preferred

Job Qualifications

  • Four-year college degree in hospitality management, marketing, business or related field
  • minimum two years of sales experience in a luxury hotel environment
  • strong negotiation and communication skills
  • ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • proficiency in CRM and sales management software
  • knowledge of Boston market and luxury travel trends
  • experience coordinating with operations departments

Job Duties

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve room and banquet sales goals
  • actively solicit new business through B2B channels
  • negotiate volume event business contracts
  • build and maintain strong client relationships
  • respond promptly to sales inquiries with detailed proposals
  • collaborate with hotel operations to ensure seamless event execution
  • analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
