Job Requirements
- minimum of 2 years hotel group sales experience
- proficiency in Microsoft Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- effective selling and negotiating skills
- strong business writing and presentation skills
- ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- travel in and out of state as needed
- good communication skills
Job Qualifications
- minimum of 2 years hotel group sales experience
- experience with resort group sales is a plus
- strong verbal and written communication skills
- proficiency in Microsoft Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- skills in selling, negotiating, business writing, and presentations
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment and satisfy client needs
- willingness to travel in and out of state as required
Job Duties
- sell guest rooms to group customers
- sell meeting space and other Hyatt services
- manage client accounts and maintain relationships
- conduct site inspections for potential events
- prepare and present sales proposals
- maintain organized documentation and sales reports using Hyatt systems
- prospect for new business and meet quarterly sales goals
