Job Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
  • strong command of the English language
  • ability to travel as required
  • willingness to work in a hotel and entertainment/sports sales environment
  • ability to work collaboratively with various departments
  • excellent communication skills
  • remote work capability is acceptable

Job Qualifications

  • Proven track record in pursuing, evaluating, soliciting, selling and confirming business
  • 2-3 years previous experience in a similar role
  • strong command of the English language
  • experience in hotel band business
  • experience working with entertainment/sports team clients
  • solid selling and interpersonal skills
  • energy and commitment to meet and exceed personal goals

Job Duties

  • Work with various departments to ensure requested services are provided to customers
  • service when required
  • develop and implement sales activities within the entertainment and sports teams' market segments to achieve budgeted goals
  • assure individual booking goals are achieved on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
  • represent hotel at tradeshows as specified by hotel and corporate
  • participate in business review meetings, special events, sales meetings and other ad hoc meetings as required
  • develop accounts (new and existing) by mapping specific business and buying tendencies and creating group profiles
  • maintain organized and professional plan for correspondence and follow up
  • generate hotel awareness through direct phone sales
  • direct sales calls, tradeshows and networking
  • respond according to the crisis management plan to any resort emergency or safety situation
  • comply with Four Seasons standards for sales and marketing
  • work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and planning committee
  • comply with Four Seasons' Work Rules and Standards of Conduct
  • other duties as assigned by manager or needed/requested from client
