Job Requirements

  • 3-5 years of sales experience including at least 2 years in hotel sales
  • Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
  • Strong organizational and strategic planning capabilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams
  • Flexibility to work occasional evenings, weekends, or travel
  • Proficiency with sales systems and reporting tools

Job Qualifications

  • Relationship-driven sales professional with 3-5 years of sales experience, including at least 2 years in hotel sales
  • Passionate about hospitality, service, and creating lasting guest and client impressions
  • Confident in presenting, negotiating, and closing deals with professionalism and care
  • Organized, strategic, and motivated by measurable goals
  • Team player who works well across departments to ensure smooth service execution
  • Flexible and responsive - available for occasional evenings, weekends, or travel as needed
  • Experienced with sales systems and reporting tools, with strong communication skills in person and in writing

Job Duties

  • Proactively source and secure group, corporate, and leisure business to meet or exceed sales goals
  • Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships through site tours, follow-up, and personalized outreach
  • Prepare proposals, contracts, and event orders in alignment with brand standards
  • Collaborate with Revenue Management and Operations teams to ensure smooth handoff and service delivery
  • Represent the hotel at trade shows, networking events, and client functions
  • Maintain accurate records in the sales system and track progress toward individual and team goals
  • Stay current on market trends, competitor activity, and business opportunities
