Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience with 2 years in hotel sales
  • Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
  • Flexibility to work during evenings, weekends, or travel when necessary
  • Proficiency with sales software and CRM systems

Job Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of sales experience including at least 2 years in hotel sales
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Excellent communication skills in person and in writing
  • Experience with sales systems and reporting tools
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments
  • Organized and strategic
  • Ability to handle occasional evenings, weekends, or travel as needed

Job Duties

  • Proactively source and secure group, corporate, and leisure business to meet or exceed sales goals
  • Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships through site tours, follow-up, and personalized outreach
  • Prepare proposals, contracts, and event orders in alignment with brand standards
  • Collaborate with Revenue Management and Operations teams to ensure smooth handoff and service delivery
  • Represent the hotel at trade shows, networking events, and client functions
  • Maintain accurate records in the sales system and track progress toward individual and team goals
  • Stay current on market trends, competitor activity, and business opportunities
