Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- one to three years of administrative experience in a corporate business setting helpful
- preferably within the hotel, resort, or hospitality industry
- ability to be a team player
- ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
- availability to work long hours, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- maintain files and properly process contracts and other correspondence in accordance with kalahari standards
- assist clients on inquiry calls by putting them in touch with the appropriate hotel representative
- assist in the design, implementation and follow-through of kalahari sales and catering operational standards
- interact with clients to assist them with requests
- support marketing and direct sales activities as needed
- organize group events efficiently
- ensure seamless communication between sales team and departments
