Job Requirements
- Must have a high school diploma
- Equivalent of three years of hotel operations experience
- Must be 19 years of age or older
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Previous customer service and lead experience required
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Word
- Must be able to type 30 words per minute
- Basic cashiering skills required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
- Must have excellent attendance record
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality

Job Duties
- Reserve and coordinate group hotel room blocks, availability, guest transportation needs, and drop dates
- Confirm block specifications, billing, routing, rooming lists as needed, signing of letter of agreement, and specific hotel requests by the group
- Create hotel contracts and distribute them to necessary clients and staff
- Prepare and send all billing and outgoing correspondence for the hotel
- Provide accurate hotel information and marketing materials to the sales team
- Assist hotel sales team with accountability, thoroughness, and accuracy of departmental records and reports including weekly group forecasting
- Investigate and resolve guest issues and complaints, notifying manager/director for positive resolution
- Follow up with groups with survey and thank you
- Work closely and coordinate with Sales team from food and beverage
- Help with group check-ins as necessary or requested
- Perform other projects and duties as assigned
