Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One to three years of administrative experience in a corporate business setting helpful
- Preferably experience within the hotel, resort or hospitality industry
- Ability to work long hours, weekends, and holidays as required
- Ability to work as a team player
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Maintain files and properly process contracts and other correspondence in accordance with Kalahari standards
- Assist clients on inquiry calls by putting them in touch with the appropriate hotel representative
- Assist in the design, implementation and follow-through of Kalahari Sales and Catering operational standards
- Interact with clients to assist them with requests
