Job Requirements

  • bachelor's degree in business, hospitality, marketing, or related field preferred
  • 3-5 years of sales experience in hospitality, entertainment, event sales, or related industry
  • proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • experience working with VIP clientele and high-profile accounts
  • excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • proficiency with CRM systems, Tripleseat and Microsoft Office Suite
  • knowledge of event management software is a plus
  • flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • develop and execute sales strategies to maximize revenue from VIP clients, large groups, and corporate/social accounts
  • proactively identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities across entertainment, corporate, and hospitality segments
  • manage inbound sales leads and inquiries, converting them into confirmed bookings
  • create and present customized proposals for show tickets, private dining, bar experiences, and full-venue buyouts
  • build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, event planners, and high-value guests to ensure repeat and referral business
  • collaborate with marketing, ticketing, operations, and event teams to deliver seamless guest experiences
  • negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with company pricing, policies, and procedures
  • track sales activity, maintain accurate records in CRM, and report on pipeline, goals, and performance metrics
  • represent the company at networking events, trade shows, and industry functions to drive awareness and business
  • stay informed on competitor offerings, industry trends, and market opportunities
