Job Requirements
- bachelor's degree in business, hospitality, marketing, or related field preferred
- 3-5 years of sales experience in hospitality, entertainment, event sales, or related industry
- proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- experience working with VIP clientele and high-profile accounts
- excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- proficiency with CRM systems, Tripleseat and Microsoft Office Suite
- knowledge of event management software is a plus
- flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs

Job Duties
- develop and execute sales strategies to maximize revenue from VIP clients, large groups, and corporate/social accounts
- proactively identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities across entertainment, corporate, and hospitality segments
- manage inbound sales leads and inquiries, converting them into confirmed bookings
- create and present customized proposals for show tickets, private dining, bar experiences, and full-venue buyouts
- build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, event planners, and high-value guests to ensure repeat and referral business
- collaborate with marketing, ticketing, operations, and event teams to deliver seamless guest experiences
- negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with company pricing, policies, and procedures
- track sales activity, maintain accurate records in CRM, and report on pipeline, goals, and performance metrics
- represent the company at networking events, trade shows, and industry functions to drive awareness and business
- stay informed on competitor offerings, industry trends, and market opportunities
