Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • At least 1 year of previous reservations experience
  • Knowledge of operations front and back of house
  • Experience working in a high volume call center
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to type at least 40 words per minute
  • Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Internet, Lotus Notes and Delphi
  • Ability to work well under pressure and multitask
  • Strong organizational and detail orientation skills

Job Duties

  • Process all group turn-overs including making new group files and sending introduction letters
  • Communicate all group activity—pickup, attrition and contractual guidelines—to group contacts, Conference Service Managers and Sales Managers
  • Run daily reports such as Daily Transaction Report, Delphi Booking Recaps, Group Cut-off Report, and Group No Shows
  • Provide Accounting with each group’s rooming list and related information
  • Communicate all group activity to Director of Revenue Management for yield decisions and maintain Delphi system with weekly group pickup entries
  • Provide reservations and Front Desk staff with list of Call-In and Form groups and ensure proper rate and policy setup
  • Take incoming reservation queue calls and process Internal, WRO, Trust and FIT Reservations
  • Comply with Four Seasons standards and work harmoniously with co-workers and planning committee
  • Respond to resort emergencies according to crisis management plan
  • Comply with Four Seasons Category One and Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct
  • Assist periodically with front of house operations and guest inquiries
  • Participate in departmental meetings and perform additional tasks as assigned by management
