Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in hotel reservations, front office, sales coordination, or administration
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Competency in computer and hotel management systems including PMS and Microsoft Office
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated customer service skills and professionalism
- Preferred experience in a full-service hotel setting
- Knowledge of group contracts, room blocks, and revenue management practices
- Familiarity with Hilton OnQ and Delphi systems an advantage
Job Qualifications

- College coursework in hospitality or related field preferred
- 1-2 years of hotel reservations, front office, sales coordination, or administrative experience preferred
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to use computers and hotel systems including PMS, sales systems, and Microsoft Office
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong customer service mindset and professionalism
- Experience working in a full-service hotel environment preferred
- Familiarity with group contracts, room blocks, and revenue management concepts preferred
- Experience with Hilton systems such as OnQ and Delphi a plus
Job Duties
- Coordinate all group room blocks from contract turnover through group arrival and departure
- Create, manage, and maintain group room blocks in the property management system
- Process rooming lists, monitor cut-off dates, and manage inventory changes
- Ensure accurate billing instructions, routing, and payment methods for group reservations
- Serve as the primary point of contact for group rooming inquiries
- Communicate group details to front office, reservations, revenue management, and other departments
- Reconcile group pick-up reports and provide regular updates to sales leadership
- Assist with pre-arrival planning and post-event follow-up as needed
- Maintain organized and accurate group files in accordance with brand standards
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks related to group bookings
