Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 3 years of experience in food manufacturing
- Minimum of 1 year of leadership or crew lead experience
- Proficiency in English reading, writing, and speaking
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to train and communicate effectively
- Strong problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to work in cold environments
- Ability to supervise a team
- Commitment to safety and good manufacturing practices
- Availability to attend training sessions
- Willingness to handle production documentation
Job Qualifications

- Minimum of 3 years of food manufacturing experience
- Minimum of 1 year as a crew leader

Job Duties
- Oversees the daily production schedule execution
- Ensures production complies with customer and company specifications
- Maintains or exceeds manufacturing standards, yields, and efficiencies
- Promotes continuous improvement processes throughout the facility
- Trains line employees on safety, rules, good manufacturing practices, and job expectations
- Resolves employee issues through grievance process and recommends recognition or disciplinary action
- Attends company-sponsored training
- Assures good manufacturing practices before and during production
- Sets up computer-controlled equipment
- Documents changes or issues during production
- Plans for employee vacations to maintain staffing
- Maintains open communication and open door policy
- Prioritizes safety and reports unsafe acts or conditions
- Monitors employee performance and policy compliance
- Owns line performance data and analyzes it to identify loss elimination opportunities
- Solves root cause problems for key chronic losses on the line
- Serves as Centerline system owner
