Job Requirements
- at least a high school diploma or equivalent
- five years of relevant experience in group reservations or housing management
- proficiency in hotel reservation software
- strong communication skills
- ability to multitask and work in fast-paced environments
- professional demeanor and customer service orientation
- capacity to handle sensitive guest information confidentially

- minimum five years of experience in group reservations, housing management, or sales coordination
- experience within a luxury hotel setting preferred
- strong organizational and detail-oriented skills
- excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- ability to manage large conferences or events
- technical proficiency with reservation and event management systems
- ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
Job Duties
- manage group reservations and room blocks
- coordinate with sales teams and hotel operations to ensure smooth event execution
- process payments and handle special guest requests
- maintain organized files and accurate records
- optimize room usage and identify revenue opportunities
- communicate clearly across departments and with guests
- provide exceptional service to enhance guest experience
