Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in administrative roles preferred
  • proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
  • ability to move objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance
  • adherence to company policies and safety standards

Job Duties

  • prepare documents using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software
  • serve as the point of contact for clients and vendors
  • act as the liaison between the Sales Office and clients throughout the event process
  • ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
  • uphold quality standards in work performance
  • maintain professional appearance and communication
  • develop and maintain positive working relationships with other employees and departments
