- Experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities or a degree or certificate in a related field

Job Duties
- Provide outstanding care to all clients by assisting with personal care, medical care, and daily living skills
- Develop meaningful relationships with all Direct Care Staff and build retention strategies to support staff members
- Support Group Home Manager by participating in Group Home administration duties, such as assisting with financial statements, maintaining medical equipment, and assisting with client doctor appointments
- Have fun planning and participating in our clients favorite activities and going on outings in the community
- Maintain availability to assist with after-hours support and call-ins
- Provide direct care, including assisting with personal hygiene and hands-on care
- Assist with day-to-day operations within the group home
