Job Requirements

A minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience leading group fitness classes
CPR and AED certification
Fitness certification or degree preferred
Liability insurance required or willingness to obtain
Availability to teach during preferred hours
Strong interpersonal skills

Job Duties

Guide residents through safe, inclusive, and fun workouts
Arrive 10-15 minutes early to set up and engage with participants
Use our simple digital tools to clock in and track attendance
Represent Torch Fitness with professionalism and positivity
Build your brand as a trusted fitness leader in your community
