  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Opera/Opera Cloud software
  • Professional demeanor with a commitment to hospitality and service excellence

Job Duties

  • Serve as the main liaison for clients post-contract, managing all aspects of event logistics from planning through on-site execution
  • Conduct comprehensive planning meetings with clients to confirm program requirements, including agendas, room setups, audiovisual needs, catering, and special requests
  • Prepare, review, and distribute all necessary event documentation, including BEOs, group resumes, timelines, floor plans, and schedules
  • Ensure all changes and final details are communicated clearly to clients and internal departments
  • Work collaboratively with Event Sales Managers to ensure a smooth transition from the sales process to operational execution
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with meeting planners, corporate clients, and hotel teams
  • Act as the on-site contact for assigned groups and events to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Proactively anticipate client needs and provide creative, solutions-oriented support
  • Facilitate effective communication across departments to ensure all client needs are met
  • Ensure all event details are accurately recorded and maintained in Opera
  • Review billing and assist with post-event reconciliation as necessary
  • Prepare conference services reports and documentation to track event success
  • Coordinate site inspections and pre-event walkthroughs
  • Support compliance with hotel policies and brand standards to uphold quality service
