Job Requirements
- Must be 18 or older
- Ability to work outside in all weather conditions for extended periods
- Comfortable and willing to climb as necessary
- Ability to lift and carry at least 25 pounds
- Must have high energy, enthusiasm, and a passion for the role
- Weekend availability required
- Able to work 30+ hours per week from Memorial Day to Labor Day
- Seasonal part-time availability from March through October

- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing situations

- Ability to maintain professionalism and positive attitude under pressure
Job Duties
- Welcome and interact comfortably with guests from diverse backgrounds
- Communicate regularly with guest experience and sales teams to coordinate upcoming group details
- Meet, greet, and check in with group contacts confirming payments and waivers
- Report to the Group Event Coordinator and act as main point of contact for event planning and day-of coordination
- Collaborate with park staff to prepare for large groups including staffing and catering confirmations
- Adapt to changes such as weather conditions and adjust plans proactively
- Check in with groups during events to answer questions and collect feedback
- Maintain proficiency in Roller and Hubspot software for reservation management
- Demonstrate The Forge: Lemont Quarries core values in all interactions
- Coordinate with The Creamery for party catering needs
