Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of experience in an analytical or project management role
  • proven track record of working effectively in a matrix organization
  • ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • proficient in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools
  • strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities

Job Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in an analytical or project management role

Job Duties

  • Identify opportunities and lead efforts for continuous improvement and revenue growth throughout the group business areas
  • champion group business yield management and space optimization at Disneyland Resort hotels and theme parks to yield the highest rate of return
  • collaborate with Marketing Strategy, Revenue Management and Analytics, Lodging, and Park Operations to ensure space and hotel room inventory is yielded for highest return and in service of Meetings and Events Strategy
  • leverage analytical skills to recommend process improvements and identify strategic opportunities using complex sales lead and booking data
  • assess opportunities and articulate potential value to ensure effective prioritization of projects
  • showcase data-backed findings visually and build presentations that tell the business story and enable senior leadership to make informed decisions
  • serve as a creative thought partner by staying abreast of industry trends, standard methodologies, and emerging technologies in order to continually innovate the non-leisure business
  • determine minimum criteria for groups and weddings including event cost minimum, food and beverage minimum
  • drive collaboration among internal teams on pricing strategy for groups and youth programs
  • monitor capacity for youth programs and support efforts for more efficient usage
