Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous administrative or event coordination experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork orientation
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- Experience with Opera, Colleague Advantage, Envision, EMS, EAS, Oracle, Micros, and Sertifi preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Detail oriented and highly organized
- Ability to multitask and complete projects in a timely manner
- Exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of event billing and reconciliation processes
- Ability to learn new computer programs quickly
Job Duties
- Provide administrative support to event managers
- Coordinate onsite billing with Billing Shared Services
- Schedule group payment setups and deposits
- Reconcile post-event billing and adjustments
- Collaborate with Shared Services and Accounts Receivable teams
- Review group bills with in-house groups
- Post and reconcile auxiliary and cash sales revenue
- Assist with event managers' expense reports
- Support smooth operations of events and finance functions
