Job Requirements

  • College degree required
  • Minimum of 3-5 years prior sales experience
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills
  • Ability to handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Web-related background
  • Self-motivated team player
  • Creative and proactive problem solver
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends

Job Qualifications

  • College degree required, preferably in Marketing, Business, or Sports Management
  • Minimum of 3-5 years prior sales experience, preferably in Sports & Entertainment
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills required
  • Ability to handle a high volume of inbound and outbound phone calls
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and have web-related background
  • Must be a self-motivated team player who is a creative and proactive problem solver
  • Must be able to work flexible hours including nights and weekends in addition to normal business hours

Job Duties

  • Responsible for sales, marketing, and solicitation of new business opportunities for group and premium seating
  • Develop and implement sales plans for group sales, season tickets, and suite rentals
  • Develop and implement creative approaches to enhance fan experience by adding event assets, F&B packages
  • Achieve/exceed assigned outbound contact metrics
  • Achieve/exceed assigned outbound sales goals
  • Assist in management of sales department internship program and VIP suite entrance staff
  • Work with third party event promoters on group sales plans and budgets
  • Assist in the management of the facility’s current suite license agreements
  • Track and manage daily, weekly, monthly sales reports and provide results to the finance department
  • Event day responsibilities as required
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
