Job Requirements
- Must have at least two years of corporate travel counselor experience
- Current experience in corporate travel preferred
- Must possess strong international reservations experience
- Preferred experience with Sabre or Dual GDS
- Knowledge of American Express Point of Sales tools preferred
- Must have effective communication and conflict resolution skills
- Strong organizational ability and multitasking skills
- Able to manage change effectively
- Must maintain a dedicated ergonomic and safe workspace at home
- Must complete Flexible Work Arrangement Application and Agreement
- Must complete Work Environment and Safety Assessment
- Must be located within the United States
Job Qualifications
- Minimum two years of experience as a corporate travel counselor
- Strong international reservations knowledge
- Experience with Sabre or Dual GDS preferred
- Familiarity with American Express POS tools a plus
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to manage change and multitask in a dynamic environment
Job Duties
- Manage corporate travel reservations for clients including international bookings
- Utilize Sabre and other GDS systems to secure and modify travel arrangements
- Use American Express Point of Sales tools such as Rezone Plus and Hotel Marketplace to enhance service delivery
- Resolve conflicts and communicate effectively with clients to ensure satisfaction
- Organize and prioritize workflow in a fast-paced environment
- Stay informed on airline policies including upgrade procedures and hotel amenities to advise clients
- Maintain compliance with home workspace safety and ergonomic requirements
