Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Availability to work flexible hours including days, nights, holidays, and weekends
- Ability to lift, carry and transport up to 50 lbs
- Experience in turf management preferred
- Previous experience working on baseball fields preferred

Job Duties
- Assist with cultural practices to the playing field such as mowing, aeration, topdressing, sodding, and edging
- Assist with fertilizer calibrations to efficiently apply foliar and granular products to the field
- Maintain all dirt areas to MLB specifications including game mound, home plate, bullpen mounds, infield dirt, baselines, and warning track
- Assist in field painting including foul lines, coaches' boxes, logos, etc.
- Maintain a well-organized, clean shop and maintain all field equipment
- Maintain all exterior flowers and landscape including watering, fertilizing, and weed control
- Assist with a wide range of non-baseball events on field throughout the year
- Perform any other duties as assigned
