Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in property maintenance or janitorial work preferred
- ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- capability to lift and move moderately heavy objects
- reliable transportation to job sites
- willingness to follow safety protocols and company policies
Job Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical tasks associated with groundskeeping and janitorial work
- effective communication skills to coordinate with property management staff
- attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness and property aesthetics
- prior experience in groundskeeping, janitorial, or related roles preferred
- dependable and punctual work ethic
Job Duties
- Ensure that the curb appeal of the property is clean and tidy each day
- daily cleaning of the clubhouse, leasing office, and all common areas
- work closely with the Property Manager or Maintenance Supervisor/Tech to complete property projects
- ensure that trash throughout the property is picked up and emptied into trash bins
- clean up trash bin area
- power wash walkways, breezeways, and parking lots
- perform outside painting of curbs and walk-ways
- remove cobwebs and debris from buildings and breezeways
