Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in property maintenance or similar field
- valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property
- ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, climb ladders, and work outdoors in all weather conditions
- capable of lifting up to 25 pounds independently and 50 pounds with assistance
- flexible work schedule including call during evenings, weekends, and holidays
- willingness to travel for training or to assist other properties
Job Qualifications

- prior experience in property maintenance or similar field preferred
- valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property
- ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- strong customer service orientation
- knowledge of safety protocols and OSHA regulations
- physical ability to perform duties including lifting up to 50 pounds with assistance
Job Duties
- Inspect the community throughout the day to remove litter, debris, and pet droppings
- remove trash and remaining items from vacant apartments prior to make-ready process
- complete assigned minor and routine service requests
- assist make-ready specialist in the turn process
- change locks in accordance with property policy
- ensure pool gates are working according to safety standards
- distribute notices and communications to residents
- inform supervisors of hazards or potentially dangerous situations
- demonstrate customer service skills by treating residents with respect
- comply with safety and risk-management policies
