Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and bending
- Prior experience in groundskeeping or maintenance preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable and punctual
- Must comply with safety protocols
- Willingness to attend training sessions and safety meetings
Job Qualifications

- Prior experience in groundskeeping, maintenance, or related field beneficial
- Valid driver’s license required for property vehicle operation
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to perform physical labor and outdoor work
- Basic knowledge of safety standards and procedures
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Inspects the community throughout the day to remove litter, debris, and pet droppings
- Removes trash and remaining items from vacant apartments prior to the make-ready process
- Transfers trash to dumpster or storage area as applicable
- Cleans and maintains storage areas
- Completes minor and routine service requests as assigned
- Assists make-ready specialist with unit turnover process
- Changes locks according to property policies
- Ensures pool gates operate in compliance with safety codes
- Distributes resident notices and communications
- Reports hazards or dangerous situations to supervisors
- Demonstrates customer service by addressing resident questions and complaints respectfully
- Complies with safety and risk management policies including attending safety meetings and training
- Reports accidents and incidents promptly and accurately
