Job Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, carry objects, and crawl in confined areas
- Ability to work in all weather conditions including rain, snow, heat, hail, wind, and sleet
- Capability to lift and maneuver weights up to 25 pounds independently and 50 pounds with assistance
- Flexible work schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays and on-call duties
- Valid driver’s license to operate golf cart on property
- Ability to travel occasionally for training or support at other properties
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous maintenance or property management experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license
- Basic knowledge of maintenance and repair tasks
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to operate golf carts and maintenance equipment
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
Job Duties
- Inspect the community regularly to remove litter, debris, and pet waste
- Remove trash and remaining items from vacant apartments before make-ready process
- Complete assigned minor and routine service requests
- Assist make-ready specialist with apartment turns
- Change locks according to property policy
- Ensure pool gates meet safety standards
- Distribute notices and communications to residents
- Identify and report hazards for residents and team members
- Participate in safety meetings and trainings
