Job Requirements

  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, carry objects, and crawl in confined areas
  • Ability to work in all weather conditions including rain, snow, heat, hail, wind, and sleet
  • Capability to lift and maneuver weights up to 25 pounds independently and 50 pounds with assistance
  • Flexible work schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays and on-call duties
  • Valid driver’s license to operate golf cart on property
  • Ability to travel occasionally for training or support at other properties

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous maintenance or property management experience preferred
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Basic knowledge of maintenance and repair tasks
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to operate golf carts and maintenance equipment
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities

Job Duties

  • Inspect the community regularly to remove litter, debris, and pet waste
  • Remove trash and remaining items from vacant apartments before make-ready process
  • Complete assigned minor and routine service requests
  • Assist make-ready specialist with apartment turns
  • Change locks according to property policy
  • Ensure pool gates meet safety standards
  • Distribute notices and communications to residents
  • Identify and report hazards for residents and team members
  • Participate in safety meetings and trainings
