Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, climb ladders, and carry objects
  • Capability to lift up to 25 pounds independently and 50 pounds with assistance
  • Ability to work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Flexible schedule including availability for on-call duties evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for training or assisting other properties

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Experience in property maintenance or related field preferred
  • Basic knowledge of maintenance tools and equipment
  • Ability to perform physical tasks and work in varying weather conditions
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Understanding of safety regulations and procedures

Job Duties

  • Inspects community daily to remove litter, debris, and pet droppings
  • Ensures common areas and amenities are neat and litter-free
  • Removes trash from vacant apartments before make-ready process
  • Transfers trash to appropriate dumpsters or storage
  • Completes minor and routine service requests
  • Assists make-ready specialist during apartment turn process
  • Changes locks according to property policy
  • Ensures pool gates meet codes and safety standards
  • Distributes notices and communications to residents
  • Reports hazards or dangerous situations to supervisors
  • Demonstrates respectful customer service to residents
  • Participates in safety meetings and training
  • Reports accidents and incidents promptly and accurately
