Job Requirements

  • Ability to stand, walk, sit for extended periods and perform physical activities such as bending, stooping, climbing ladders, reaching, carrying objects, and crawling in confined spaces
  • Capacity to work in all weather conditions including rain, heat, wind, and cold
  • Ability to push, pull, lift, or carry up to 25 pounds independently and 50 pounds with assistance
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to travel occasionally for training or business needs
  • Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous groundskeeping or maintenance experience preferred
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Basic knowledge of safety and risk management practices
  • Ability to operate golf cart
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to work in various weather conditions

Job Duties

  • Inspect the community regularly to remove litter, debris, and pet droppings
  • Remove trash and remaining items from vacant apartments prior to make-ready process
  • Complete assigned minor and routine service requests
  • Assist the make-ready specialist with apartment turnover
  • Change all locks in accordance with property policy and ensure pool gates comply with safety codes
  • Distribute notices and communications to residents
  • Report hazards or potentially dangerous situations to supervisors
