Job Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, sit for extended periods and perform physical activities such as bending, stooping, climbing ladders, reaching, carrying objects, and crawling in confined spaces
- Capacity to work in all weather conditions including rain, heat, wind, and cold
- Ability to push, pull, lift, or carry up to 25 pounds independently and 50 pounds with assistance
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to travel occasionally for training or business needs
- Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous groundskeeping or maintenance experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license
- Basic knowledge of safety and risk management practices
- Ability to operate golf cart
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
Job Duties
- Inspect the community regularly to remove litter, debris, and pet droppings
- Remove trash and remaining items from vacant apartments prior to make-ready process
- Complete assigned minor and routine service requests
- Assist the make-ready specialist with apartment turnover
- Change all locks in accordance with property policy and ensure pool gates comply with safety codes
- Distribute notices and communications to residents
- Report hazards or potentially dangerous situations to supervisors
