- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in groundskeeping or maintenance preferred
- valid driver’s license
- ability to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- physical ability to perform manual labor
- ability to follow safety rules and procedures
- good communication skills

Job Duties
- Inspects community to remove litter, debris, and pet droppings
- removes trash from vacant apartments and maintains storage areas
- completes minor and routine service requests
- changes locks and ensures pool gate safety
- distributes notices to residents
- reports hazards or dangerous situations
- demonstrates customer service skills
- complies with safety and risk-management policies
