Job Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, climb ladders, and carry up to 50 pounds with assistance
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Ability to work in all weather conditions including rain, heat, wind, and cold
- Ability to complete safety trainings and attend safety meetings
- Capable of traveling occasionally to other properties or trainings
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in groundskeeping, maintenance, or related field preferred
- Ability to follow safety protocols and complete OSHA training
- Valid driver’s license to operate golf carts
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and working in various weather conditions
- Basic knowledge of property maintenance and repair
Job Duties
- Inspect community grounds daily to remove litter, debris, and pet droppings
- Remove trash and items from vacant apartments and maintain storage areas
- Complete minor and routine service requests and assist with make-ready processes
- Change locks and maintain pool gate security according to safety codes
- Distribute notices and communications to residents
- Report hazards and safety concerns to supervisors
- Provide respectful and helpful customer service to residents
