Job Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, climb ladders, and carry up to 50 pounds with assistance
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays
  • Ability to work in all weather conditions including rain, heat, wind, and cold
  • Ability to complete safety trainings and attend safety meetings
  • Capable of traveling occasionally to other properties or trainings

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in groundskeeping, maintenance, or related field preferred
  • Ability to follow safety protocols and complete OSHA training
  • Valid driver’s license to operate golf carts
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and working in various weather conditions
  • Basic knowledge of property maintenance and repair

Job Duties

  • Inspect community grounds daily to remove litter, debris, and pet droppings
  • Remove trash and items from vacant apartments and maintain storage areas
  • Complete minor and routine service requests and assist with make-ready processes
  • Change locks and maintain pool gate security according to safety codes
  • Distribute notices and communications to residents
  • Report hazards and safety concerns to supervisors
  • Provide respectful and helpful customer service to residents
