Job Requirements
- Valid driver’s license to operate golf carts
- Ability to stand, walk, sit, bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, carry, and crawl in confined spaces
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Capability to lift up to 25 pounds independently and 50 pounds with assistance
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to attend safety trainings and meetings
- Occasional travel to other properties
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in groundskeeping, landscaping, or relevant maintenance roles preferred
- Ability to operate golf carts and basic maintenance equipment
- Customer service skills
- Knowledge of safety regulations and practices
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Duties
- Inspect the community to remove litter, debris, and pet droppings
- Remove trash and items from vacant apartments and maintain storage areas
- Complete minor service requests and assist with apartment make-ready processes
- Change locks and ensure pool gate safety
- Distribute notices and communications to residents
- Report hazards and potentially dangerous situations
- Provide respectful customer service and respond to maintenance complaints
