Job Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license to operate golf carts
  • Ability to stand, walk, sit, bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, carry, and crawl in confined spaces
  • Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Capability to lift up to 25 pounds independently and 50 pounds with assistance
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to attend safety trainings and meetings
  • Occasional travel to other properties

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in groundskeeping, landscaping, or relevant maintenance roles preferred
  • Ability to operate golf carts and basic maintenance equipment
  • Customer service skills
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and practices
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Duties

  • Inspect the community to remove litter, debris, and pet droppings
  • Remove trash and items from vacant apartments and maintain storage areas
  • Complete minor service requests and assist with apartment make-ready processes
  • Change locks and ensure pool gate safety
  • Distribute notices and communications to residents
  • Report hazards and potentially dangerous situations
  • Provide respectful customer service and respond to maintenance complaints
