Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in property maintenance preferred
- valid driver’s license
- ability to operate golf cart
- good communication skills
- basic maintenance skills
- ability to work independently
- availability to participate in safety training

Job Duties
- Inspect the community throughout the day to remove litter, debris, and pet droppings
- ensure all common areas and amenities are neat and free of litter at all times
- remove trash and remaining items from vacant apartments prior to make-ready process
- transfer trash to dumpster or storage areas
- clean and maintain storage areas
- complete assigned minor and routine service requests
- assist make-ready specialist in the turn process
- change all locks according to property policy
- ensure pool area gates comply with safety codes
- distribute notices and communications to residents
- report hazards or dangerous situations to supervisors
- demonstrate customer service skills by treating residents and others with respect
- comply with safety policies, attend safety meetings and complete OSHA and safety training
- report accidents and incidents promptly
