Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical tasks
- Availability to work Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm
- Ability to operate golf cart on property
- Prior maintenance experience preferred
- Strong communication skills

- Ability to operate golf cart and valid driver's license
- Strong customer service skills
- Knowledge of safety and risk management practices
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Basic handyman skills
Job Duties
- Inspect the community regularly to remove litter, debris, and pet droppings
- Remove trash and remaining items from vacant apartments before the make-ready process
- Complete minor and routine service requests as assigned
- Assist the make-ready specialist in unit turnover
- Change all locks in accordance with property policy
- Ensure pool area gates comply with safety codes and standards
- Distribute notices and communications to residents
- Report hazards or dangerous situations promptly
- Provide respectful customer service and respond to maintenance questions and complaints
- Attend safety meetings and complete required safety training
