Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical tasks
  • Availability to work Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm
  • Ability to operate golf cart on property
  • Prior maintenance experience preferred
  • Strong communication skills

  • Prior experience in property maintenance or related field preferred
  • Ability to operate golf cart and valid driver's license
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Knowledge of safety and risk management practices
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently
  • Basic handyman skills

Job Duties

  • Inspect the community regularly to remove litter, debris, and pet droppings
  • Remove trash and remaining items from vacant apartments before the make-ready process
  • Complete minor and routine service requests as assigned
  • Assist the make-ready specialist in unit turnover
  • Change all locks in accordance with property policy
  • Ensure pool area gates comply with safety codes and standards
  • Distribute notices and communications to residents
  • Report hazards or dangerous situations promptly
  • Provide respectful customer service and respond to maintenance questions and complaints
  • Attend safety meetings and complete required safety training
