Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • ability to stand, walk, bend, lift 25 pounds independently, 50 pounds with assistance
  • able to work in all weather conditions
  • valid driver’s license
  • flexible work schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays
  • ability to climb ladders and work in confined spaces
  • willingness to travel occasionally
  • capability to push, pull, carry objects
  • ability to follow safety policies
  • strong communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous groundskeeping or maintenance experience preferred
  • valid driver’s license for operating golf cart
  • customer service skills
  • ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
  • basic landscaping and grounds maintenance skills

Job Duties

  • Inspect community grounds daily to remove litter, debris, and pet waste
  • remove trash and items from vacant apartments before make-ready process
  • complete minor routine service requests
  • change locks according to property policy
  • ensure pool gates meet safety codes
  • distribute notices and communications to residents
  • report hazards or dangerous situations promptly
